Bobbie Anne Abson on Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and Evangelization

At the Institute for Ministry Formation Catechetics Conference 2022, Bobbie Anne Abson addressed the 2020 Directory for Catechesis on Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and Evangelization. 

Bobbie Anne Abson serves as Program Manager of the Institute for Ministry Formation at Saint Vincent Seminary.  Upon graduation from Saint Vincent College, she spent a year in Rome, Italy learning catechesis and evangelization with the Emmanuel Community.  With a love for young people and the Church, she then worked as Director of Admissions and Federal Financial Aid for Magdalen College, and then spent nine years as a 7th grade theology teacher and Dean of Student Life at Cardinal Newman School in Columbia, SC.  While teaching she earned her M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership. She has spent the past two years heavily involved in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in Latrobe, PA where she serves as catechist in the Toddler Level atrium.

About the Conference
