Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania, engaged with the Institute for Ministry Formation to support and strengthen their parish’s focus on Radical Hospitality.

Jane Ann Regan, a member of the parish’s leadership team, shared her experience of working with the IMF:

As a member of the Senior Leadership team of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Glenshaw PA, we had been searching for support as we embarked upon our mission to Welcome All, Encounter Jesus and Serve Others with Love.  Our emphasis has been on Radical Hospitality which is intended to welcome all warmly and offer hospitality to our community in a fundamentally different way that is unanticipated and beyond expectations.

We have been thrilled to have found a resource and a true partner in Kristin Molitor, Coordinator of Parish  Outreach and Formation  from  the Institute for Parish Outreach and Formation at St Vincent Seminary in Latrobe PA.  We have worked with Kristin for the last year as she has designed and delivered two educational seminars and programming to “put into action” the true hospitality that Jesus exemplified for us all. Our congregation found Kristin to be warm and engaging with a passion for her faith that comes through strongly in her work.   We have been blessed to have her involved in our parish efforts.
