Assistant to the Program Manager
Emily McAllister joined the IMF staff in 2025 as Assistant to the Program Manager. She serves as academic advisor for our IMF students and is also a teaching assistant for some of our spiritual direction program courses.
In 2024, Emily earned a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction from the IMF and she is currently working toward her MA in Ministry with specialization in Spiritual Direction. Emily is passionate about the ministry of spiritual direction and she loves working with our students. Prior to her studies at the IMF, Emily had a secular career and volunteered as an OCIA catechist.
