In this podcast episode, Kristin interviews Br. Francisco Whittaker, O.S.B.,  a Benedictine monk from St. Vincent Monastery in Latrobe, PA, who serves in campus ministry at St. Vincent College. Br. Francisco shares his experience accompanying college students through CliftonStrengths as part of Formed and Fashioned, a small group program he developed. This program helps students deepen their self-knowledge, embrace their God-given uniqueness, and grow from self-awareness to self-acceptance to self-gift. Through Formed and Fashioned, students have been transformed, empowered, and equipped to recognize and share their unique gifts with the world.
